Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing from Charles Russell Art. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase. Since all products sold on chaart.shop are digital, refund rules differ from physical goods.


Digital Product Refunds

All digital products are non-refundable once they have been delivered or accessed. This includes:

  • Digital downloads

  • Delivered files

  • Download links

  • Any digital artwork or pack

Once a file is downloaded or available for access, a refund cannot be issued.


Exceptions

Refunds may be granted only under the following circumstances:

  • You received the wrong file

  • The file is corrupted or cannot be opened

  • You were charged incorrectly

  • You accidentally purchased the same product twice

If any of these apply, contact us within 7 days of purchase at charles.russele@outlook.com. We will review your case and provide either a corrected file or a refund where appropriate.


Incorrect or Missing Files

If you believe a file was delivered incorrectly or is missing, please notify us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
